Experiencing Vampirism

Today's my first night of being a vampire, again. I don't like it but looking on the bright side, my long wait is finally over. Am happy though that I've improved this year. It seems that all my efforts are commended and recognized. Kaching for that!

Gosh... am totally blank! My thoughts are all over and and for the first time, I've really got nothing to say.

Three months? That would only be three days... I hope. Happiness!

Irreplaceable Love

I finally finished reading the Cirque du Freak Saga. I have to say pareng Shan did an amazing job! I was actually craving for more but I'm afraid every book has its own ending. I just can't wait to see it maybe on film.

Looking on the bright side, I'll be able to continue the Slaughterhouse-Five and The Man Without a Country. Lolo Bonks was actually pissed saying that I have already replaced Kurt. Hehe. You're quite wrong with that lolo, I've always been in love with his comedic quotes, and his looks of course.

Little People

It wasn't my intention to write but I really can't help myself, besides there's not much to do.

I was on the 9th book of Darren Shan's Saga. It was pretty obvious that I was really hooked. If there's a possibility of reading the 12 books in a night, I would! I kind of love fast-paced, spooky and vampiric type of fiction books.

Anyway, there was this character in the book that I found so special and I realized that it's one of my favorites. The name was Harkat Mulds and he was one of the little people. He was actually a ghost who asked Desmod Tiny (the annoying asshole who creates the Little People) to bring him back to life. It was possible but there are some consequences. When back to life, he will be totally clueless of his past and his appearance won't be the same again. The features, as I read the book, was a short stitched face and body (imagine Frankenstein) with two large green eyes having no eyelids. There will be no hair, no nose, no ears present and will be wearing a mask to cover his mouth. In the book, little people wears a blue hooded robe to cover their greyish skin and they don't speak at all.

It was later announced that Harkat has ears and it was stitched under his large green eyes. He also speaks and the mask he's wearing was specially made for them as a protection. He will die if he breathes the air for 12 or 13 hours straight... if I remember correctly. Anyway, he has sharp yellowish teeth and can eat almost anything! He doesn't have taste buds so everything tastes the same. He hardly sleeps but it's fine and when he does, he sleeps with his eyes wide open. How weird is that?

What made this character special is that it was really original. I haven't imagine such a creature like that but it exist in Darren O'Shaughnessy's book. I have a feeling that Harkat is one of the heroes though right now, he was only like a sidekick to the boy named Darren Shan.

So that was it. Still haven't got work to do which means, time to read!
